Simon Farve translated for Gov. Claiborne, whose portrait is in this pieced together Times Picayune.  I inadvertently ripped it.  I am trying to put the pieces back together and find out all I can about Simon's mistress, daughter of "Frenchi Maytvbi" aka Chief Poos Coos.
