Under this burry pix of a picture, find the link to read the treaty terms of what the fed recognition of Choctaw was in treaty terms  in 1902. Mulatto's who were bound out as indentured were freed by law at 21 (said Mulatto law read in the historical section of Georgetown District of SC).
